The Vic Taylor Distinguished Long-Term Contribution Award
Up to two awards each year will be given to nominated recipients for distinguished contributions made in the field of education and/or research in the fields covered by AIRAANZ. These awards are designed to recognize the long-term contributions of academics (educators and/or researchers) for their work in the field of industrial/ employment/labour relations or workplace studies. Nominators and seconders much be AIRAANZ members. The award will comprise for each recipient a certificate and AUD$500.
Vic Taylor was a founding member of AIRAANZ who passed away in September 2004. This award was established in his honour by Dr Doreen Tan, his widow, in consultation with some of Vic’s colleagues and friends in AIRAANZ.”
