AIRAANZ Conference 2021

While the COVID-19 pandemic has generated a myriad of uncertainties, the AIRAANZ Conference remains a beacon of certainty, once again being run in early February. AIRAANZ 2021 will be an online event from Wednesday 3rd to Friday 5th February 2021. You can download the full program here.  

We do hope you will register for and enjoy AIRAANZ 2021. Although the conference is FREE, pre-conference registration (before 5pm (AEDT) Tuesday 2nd February is essential to gain access to the sessions. 


WELCOME AND INSTRUCTIONS

AIRAANZ 2021 begins at 9.15am on Wednesday 3rd of February. We are looking forward to catching up with many of you over the coming days. We hope you enjoy this 1st foray by AIRAANZ into online conferencing.

If you registered before the 2nd of February, by now you should have received by email your link to the conference. This gives you access to all sessions over the three days. Conference registrants can click to enter particular sessions on the virtual program. If you have not received your conference link – please contact airaanz@con-sol.com OR ring +61 2 6285 3000.

We encourage you to familiarise yourselves with the instructional videos for the Conference’s Virtual Platform and for Presenters (where applicable).

SEVERAL POINTS TO NOTE:

People who are presenting at the Conference will have received zoom links for every session in which they are involved, along with their Conference Access Link. Other conference registrants did not receive the zoom links.

Why were the zoom links sent? 

The zoom links were made available so that you can put them as bookmarks in your online diary.

For access to sessions by Presenters

Presenters can choose to access sessions via the Conference Link (which was emailed) or by the zoom link. Both pathways will allow you to enter the session. To enter by the Conference Link, click on the particular session you wish to enter via the Virtual Schedule.

For presenters, once you have entered the session:

  • Click on Preview Button on Session
  • Click on the Join as Panellist Button (turquoise-green button at top )

Presenters must try to enter session 15 minutes early (into the ‘GREEN ROOM’) so that you can clarify any issues (if necessary, by phone or email) before the session starts.
